Front Office Executive

What You'll Do Key Responsibilities:

Patient Registration & Documentation

• Coordinate the registration of new patients at the front desk.
• Collect and verify all required demographic details (e.g., name, address, contact number, source of visit).
• Prepare patient files, OPD cards, and generate a

  UHID (Unique Hospital Identification Number)

  .

Patient Assistance & Coordination

• Guide and direct patients through the registration, consultation, diagnostic, and billing processes.
• Assist patients in locating departments, doctors, and service areas within the hospital.
• Answer patient queries regarding doctor availability, consultation schedules, and hospital services.

Administrative & Front Desk Support

• Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and departments to ensure seamless patient flow.
• Handle patient admissions and billing processes in the absence of the assigned staff.
• Maintain smooth front office operations during shift changes or staff absences.

Customer Service & Complaint Handling

• Attend to visitors and address queries or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Prioritize emergency cases and coordinate promptly with consultants and concerned departments.
• Ensure a welcoming and respectful environment for all patients and visitors.

Confidentiality & Documentation

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date departmental records and documentation.
• Handle all communication and information regarding patients, staff, and the hospital with strict confidentiality.

Quality & Compliance

• Participate in

  Quality Assurance (QA)

  and

  Quality Control (QC)

  activities as directed.
• Support and engage in

  Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)

  initiatives.

Other Duties

• Perform any other responsibilities or tasks as assigned from time to time based on operational needs or emergencies.
