Job Description

We are looking for a Front Office Assistant to manage our front desk operations and act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will be friendly, well-spoken, and efficient, with strong multitasking and good communication skills. This role requires a professional appearance, excellent organizational abilities, and a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and interviews.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Maintain visitor logs .
  • Provide basic information to clients and candidates.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth front office operations.
