Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the concerned person/department.
  • Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes when required.
  • Handle daily front desk activities and ensure smooth office functioning.
  • Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for meetings and client interactions.
  • Support HR and Admin teams with basic administrative tasks.
  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the reception/front office area.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping for smooth daily operations.
  • Monitor stock of stationery and pantry supplies, raising requests when needed.
  • Assist in organizing events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Follow company policies, code of conduct, and grooming standards.
