Front Office Executive (Receptionist)

You will be responsible for managing the front desk area and ensuring smooth operations of the front office. Your role will involve greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling phone calls, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints promptly. Your tasks will include greeting guests warmly and professionally upon their arrival, managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and providing accurate information about hotel services and amenities to guest inquiries. You will also be expected to address guest complaints and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction. Making reservations and managing room assignments will be part of your responsibilities as well. In terms of administrative tasks, you will be required to perform various front office duties effectively to ensure the smooth functioning of the hotel operations. This is a full-time, permanent position, and the work location will be in-person at Guruvayur, Kerala. You should have the ability to reliably commute or be willing to relocate before starting work. The shift availability includes day shift, night shift, and overnight shift, with day shift being preferred. Additionally, food will be provided as a benefit for this position.,
