About the Role We are seeking a motivated and personable Front Office Executive (Receptionist) to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a positive and efficient experience from the moment they walk in the door. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic calendar Manage patient flow and ensure the waiting area is clean and comfortable Process patient paperwork and insurance information Collect payments and maintain accurate records Assist healthcare providers with administrative tasks as needed Maintain a clean and professional work environment Stay up-to-date on clinic policies and procedures Qualifications Graduate Degree Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive and professional attitude Working knowledge of medical terminology a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: total work: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Assamese (Required) Hindi (Required) Work Location: In person
