Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage our front desk operations. The role involves handling client interactions, phone calls, and administrative support while ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors/clients in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and redirect to concerned departments.
  • Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
  • Handle courier, correspondence, and other front-desk activities.
  • Provide administrative support to HR/Management as required.
  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the reception area.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and maintaining office supplies.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable personality with a customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,283.27 - ₹26,709.63 per month
