Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring smooth operations at the reception and delivering exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Handling reservations, room allocations, and billing procedures
• Attending to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
• Coordinating with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for seamless service
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with resort policies
• Promoting resort facilities and enhancing guest satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
• Experience: 1–3 years in front office operations (hospitality experience preferred)
• Skills: Strong communication (English & Hindi), computer proficiency (MS Office, PMS software), customer service orientation, and problem-solving ability
• Personality: Presentable, courteous, confident, and guest-focused

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
• Accommodation & meals may be provided as per resort policy
