Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the face of our resort, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting guests with check-in/check-out procedures
• Handling guest queries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
• Coordinating with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for smooth operations
• Maintaining accurate guest records and billing information
• Promoting resort facilities, services, and local attractions
• Ensuring high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
• Experience: 0–2 years in hospitality (fresher’s with strong communication skills may apply)
• Skills: Excellent communication (English & Hindi), customer service orientation, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude
• Personality: Presentable, courteous, and guest-focused

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
• Accommodation & meals may be provided as per resort policy
• Growth opportunities within the resort’s expanding hospitality team
