As a Guest Service Associate at Krishna Valley Resort, Vrindavan, your role is pivotal in ensuring that every guest experiences exceptional hospitality and care. Your key responsibilities include: - Greeting and assisting guests with check-in/check-out procedures - Handling guest queries, requests, and complaints with professionalism - Coordinating with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for smooth operations - Maintaining accurate guest records and billing information - Promoting resort facilities, services, and local attractions - Ensuring high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction To qualify for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field - Experience: 02 years in hospitality (freshers with strong communication skills may apply) - Skills: Excellent communication (English & Hindi), customer service orientation, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude Your personality should be presentable, courteous, and guest-focused. The salary range for this position is between 10,000 - 15,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
