About Us

Sea Shells Beach Resort is a premier island getaway located in the pristine beauty of Agatti, Lakshadweep. We are dedicated to offering warm hospitality and exceptional service to our guests. We’re looking for a motivated and bilingual Front Office Executive / Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures
• Handle guest queries and provide information about resort facilities and island activities
• Manage room reservations, Cash Handling & billing, and daily reports
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
• Maintain front desk records and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in hospitality/front office
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (mandatory)
• Pleasant personality with good customer-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Hotel PMS preferred)
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented
