Job Description

Front Office Executive Responsibilities Guest Reception & Welcome Greet guests or visitors warmly and professionally. Handle check-in/check-out processes efficiently. Telephone and Communication Handling Answer incoming calls, route them to the correct departments. Take messages and provide accurate information. Reservation and Booking Manage room or appointment bookings using reservation software. Update and maintain booking records. Guest Assistance Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and services. Handle complaints or escalate them to management when needed. Administrative Duties Maintain front desk records, reports, and documentation. Handle clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry. Coordination with Other Departments Communicate with housekeeping, security, and other teams for guest service needs. Ensure smooth flow of information between front office and backend departments. Cash and Billing Management Handle billing, cash, and payment processes. Maintain records of transactions securely. Security and Safety Monitoring Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols. Ensure that guest records and identity verifications are correctly logged. Appearance & Conduct Maintain a neat and professional appearance. Follow grooming and behavior standards as per company policy.
