Jobs and responsibilities are,
Incoming Calls: Need to answer inbound calls and identify potential clients and route to the departments accordingly.
Customer Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers to build and nurture relationships, addressing their queries, and providing additional information as needed.
Database Management: Update and maintain accurate customer databases with relevant information obtained during calls.
Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of calls, including the nature of the call, customer responses, and any follow-up actions required.
Adherence to Scripts and Guidelines: Follow provided call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment with the company's messaging. documentation : Support the team with the proper documentation

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
