Job Summary:

Hotel Management background

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk communication efficiently
  • Coordinate and support the sales team with administrative tasks
  • Manage visitor entries, courier records, and office documentation
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining meeting rooms
  • Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Support overall office coordination and administrative activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline;

    Hotel Management background preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Good grooming, professional appearance, and pleasant personality
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities

Experience:

  • 13 years of experience in front office / receptionist / customer-facing roles preferred

  • Ability to handle clients professionally in a corporate environment
