Job Description

  • Welcome and assist employees, visitors, and guests with professionalism.
  • Handle visitor information, calls, and correspondence promptly and accurately.
  • Oversee floral arrangements, print media, library (Caf & Reception), and biophilic d cor.
  • Supervise inbound/outbound courier and mailroom operations.
  • Manage laptop dispatch packaging and Welcome Kits for new employees.
  • Administer photo ID issuance and access control in coordination with the front desk.
  • Prepare e-way bills, track courier shipments (documents and non-documents), and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Manage meeting room bookings to ensure quick turnaround and efficiency.
  • Supervise key management for drawers and cupboards.
  • Support facility safety, security measures, and emergency response plans.
  • Maintain records and reports for conference/event catering.
  • Assist with workplace safety and ergonomics for employees.
  • Administer parking management, including sticker allotment and visitor parking.
  • Coordinate employee exit formalities with Mailroom/Workplace Lead.
