Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive, located in Mumbai. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing reception duties, greeting clients, and providing an exceptional customer service experience. Day-to-day tasks include answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining the front office environment. Additionally, the individual will assist in ensuring smooth coordination between various departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, such as managing schedules, answering calls, and ensuring an organized reception area
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage effectively with customers and team members
• Experience in Customer Service and maintaining a customer-focused approach
• Knowledge of Front Office operations and ability to coordinate tasks efficiently
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Previous experience in a luxury showroom or hospitality industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask
