Our mission is to create parity for pet health needs at par with humans. We have a mobile app, DCC Pet Connect, available on Android and iOS, which helps pet owners to manage their pet’s health. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive located in Gurugram. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, managing front office activities, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining excellent communication with pet owners. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in performing receptionist duties Ability to deliver exceptional customer service Proficient in Front Office activities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience in the veterinary or healthcare industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in any field Experience in customer service department Show more Show less
