Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive located in Gurugram. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, managing front office activities, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining excellent communication with pet owners.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in performing receptionist duties
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Proficient in Front Office activities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the veterinary or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Min 4-5 Years Experience in customer service department
