Job Description

  • Handling office administration.

  • Handling E.P.A.B.X as Front desk executive

  • Booked meeting rooms through internal portal

  • Taking care of all meeting room booking request received by advance booking team and employees.

  • Take a messages on behalf of person not available and send the message to them.

  • Taking Care of all administrative work like stationery record, printing of visiting cards, letter

    heads etc.

  • Handle admin related request and queries

  • Responsible for Stationery purchasing and billing.

  • Taking Care of Courier dispatch & received details.

  • Taking care of Front Desk and handling Visitors.

  • Attending queries of customers and keep a track of them.

  • Maintaining records of all interviewed candidates.

  • Responsible of Proper working of E.P.A.B.X and all IT equipment.

  • Maintaining List of all clients and Customers with their updated contact details.
