The candidate should be able to handle front office operations independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department
Manage and maintain a neat and organized front office area
Manage and schedule appointments and meetings
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Handle and resolve customer complaints and queries
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Maintain records of office supplies and order as needed

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
4-8 years of experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
