Job Summary:

The Front Office cum Travel Desk Executive will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while managing all front desk operations. Additionally, the role involves handling travel arrangements for clients, ensuring seamless logistics and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Office Duties:

· Greet and assist clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.

· Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.

· Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the appropriate departments.

· Maintain registers for visitors,employees, inward outward entries.

· Schedule and coordinate day-to-day activities, meetings and appointments.

· Manage incoming and outgoing mails, courier services, and office supplies.

· Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Travel Desk Duties:

· Coordinate and book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transportation for clients, domestic as well international.

· Prepare and share detailed travel itineraries and relevant travel information.

· Assist with visa applications and other travel-related documentation.

· Liaise with travel agencies and vendors to secure competitive rates and quality services.

· Monitor travel budgets and maintain expense reports.

· Stay updated on travel regulations, policies, and industry trends.

· Handle travel-related queries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, Business Administration, or related field.

· 1–2 years of experience in front office operations and/or travel coordination.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and travel booking systems.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Customer-oriented mind-set with problem-solving skills.

Skills Required:

· Soft Skills: Communication, time management, attention to detail, adaptability.

· Technical Skills: Knowledge of travel booking platforms, MS Office, and basic administrative tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
