Key Responsibilities: Front Office Duties: · Greet and assist clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner. · Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming. · Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the appropriate departments. · Maintain registers for visitors,employees, inward outward entries. · Schedule and coordinate day-to-day activities, meetings and appointments. · Manage incoming and outgoing mails, courier services, and office supplies. · Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Travel Desk Duties: · Coordinate and book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transportation for clients, domestic as well international. · Prepare and share detailed travel itineraries and relevant travel information. · Assist with visa applications and other travel-related documentation. · Liaise with travel agencies and vendors to secure competitive rates and quality services. · Monitor travel budgets and maintain expense reports. · Stay updated on travel regulations, policies, and industry trends. · Handle travel-related queries and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, Business Administration, or related field. · 1–2 years of experience in front office operations and/or travel coordination. · Proficiency in MS Office Suite and travel booking systems. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. · Customer-oriented mind-set with problem-solving skills.
