Job Location: Raipur JOB DESCRIPTION: The Incumbent must be a Graduate with 2 years+ of experience as EA to Director from a Manufacturing Industry. Salary : Upto 40 k in hand. 6 days a week working with Office timings as 9:30am to 6:30 pm Key Responsibilities: Scheduling and Travel: Managing the MD's calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, including visa/accommodation. Communication: Handling the MD's correspondence, including emails, calls, and other forms of communication. Documentation: Preparing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations for the MD. Meeting Preparation: Organizing meetings and ensuring the MD is well-prepared, including preparing agendas and briefings. Administrative Support: Maintaining the MD's office systems, managing contacts, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Stakeholder Management: Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD. Event Support: Supporting the MD in organizing and managing event. Show more Show less
