SBL Knowledge Services Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing organization committed to delivering excellence in every project. We are looking for an energetic, professional, and well-organized Front Office cum Admin Executive to be the first point of contact for our Bangalore office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors with a professional and friendly approach
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Manage courier services and incoming/outgoing correspondence
Keep records, files, and administrative documentation updated
Assist in scheduling meetings and arranging travel for staff
Support day-to-day office administration
Requirements:
Experience in front office or admin roles (1–3 years preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed with a pleasant personality
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
