Key Responsibilities:

Drive
agile delivery
as a
Scrum Master
, ensuring seamless execution.
Engage with
business and technology stakeholders
, translating business requirements into
technology solutions

Own end-to-end
technology delivery

requirement gathering to deployment

Provide ongoing support for
UAT, test cases, and issue resolution

Rates, Commodities, and FX derivatives

Manage
release cycles and change processes
in financial institutions.

Mandatory Skills:

8-10 years
of experience in banking or product companies.
Strong
Financial Markets technology delivery
background.
Hands-on experience as a
Front Office Business Analyst
.
Expertise in
Trade Life Cycle
and
Agile/Traditional project management
.
Solid understanding of
scripting, data stores, messaging, and architectures
.
Strong analytical and communication skills with
global team collaboration experience
.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex
financial institution changes
.
