Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate at our Siliguri location. As a Front Office Associate, you will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and address guest inquiries promptly and professionally. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, maintaining the reception area, and ensuring high-quality customer service experiences.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to deliver excellent guest service.
Problem-Solving and Coordination Skills: Ability to resolve guest concerns quickly and coordinate between departments to enhance operations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hotel management systems or property management software.
Organizational and Time Management Skills: Capability to manage reservations, schedules, and multitasking effectively.
Relevant Experience: Experience in front office, guest relations, or hospitality roles is preferred.
Educational Qualifications: A diploma or degree in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences are essential.
