Front Office Associate

The School is looking to hire a Front Office Associate. A graduate with atleast 2 years experience in doing Front Office work is required.

The role requirements include:

a) Meeting Parents (existing and new): For new parents, the role will explain the functioning of the school and take them around the school. Meeting existing parents, co-ordinating between Parents and the School Team,

b) Administrative: Administrative work (CBSE and Smrti Academy), Inter-departmental communication, Communication with Parents, Record Maintenance and Scheduling Meetings and managing new faculty related administrative tasks, Manage Karnataka Government related documentation and compliance

c) Communication: Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and front desk operations professionally.

d) Visit preschools and conduct promotional/marketing activities.

Ideally, the applicant should have worked in a front office role. Preference will be given to someone who has worked in a school. The person should have excellent communication skills in English, be very proficient in using computers (Microsoft Office products), patience and empathy.

It will be a Mon to Saturday job with working hours being 8AM to 4PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
