Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Associate located in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include managing receptionist duties such as answering phones and greeting guests, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures, and providing excellent customer service. The Front Office Associate will also handle administrative tasks and communication to ensure guests have a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience with Receptionist Duties and Customer Service
• Proficiency in managing Check-in and Check-out processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in hospitality management is a plus
