Front desk associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to guests On site.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and cancellations
• Ensure all guest records are accurate and confidential
• Troubleshoot common issues and escalate when necessary
• Promote hotel amenities, services, and upsell when appropriate

What We're Looking For:

• Previous customer service or front desk experience (hospitality experience a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using hotel software systems (IDS,OPERA), phone systems, and communication tools
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
• A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
• Yearly bonus

Experience:

• Hotel Front Desk: 1 year (Required)
