Job Summary:

The Front Office Associate is the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing check-in/check-out procedures, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth front desk operation in line with the standards of a four-star hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.

Perform check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.

Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and courteously.

Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications through the hotel’s PMS (Property Management System).

Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room status and guest needs.

Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.

Maintain guest confidentiality and adhere to data privacy policies.

Uphold the hotel's service standards and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
