Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate located in Jammu. The Front Office Associate will handle daily receptionist duties, assist with customer check-in processes, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing phone calls professionally, addressing client queries, and ensuring smooth and efficient front office operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Phone Etiquette and proficiently managing calls
• Knowledge of Receptionist Duties, including organizing and multitasking
• Customer Service expertise with a focus on creating positive customer experiences
• Experience in Check-in processes and customer interaction management
• Strong Communication skills for both verbal and written interactions
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in using standard office software and equipment
