Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Demi Chef De Partie specializing in continental cuisine, located in Jammu. The Demi Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within the continental section. Daily tasks include assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning, maintaining inventory, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, and supervising junior staff members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Qualifications Experience in preparing and cooking continental cuisine Knowledge of kitchen operations and inventory management Excellent food presentation and plating skills Ability to work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Supervisory experience and teamwork skills Understanding of health and safety regulations in the kitchen Formal culinary training or a degree in culinary arts is advantageous Show more Show less
