Job Description

Job Title: Front Office Executive

Location: Sovabazar, Kolkata

Department: Front Office

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: 8000-12000

Key requirements-

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; redirect them to appropriate depart.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is presentable and organized at all times.
Handle visitor logs, appointments, and scheduling.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, courier handling, and office supplies management.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication flow.
Support in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

Specifications-

Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,385.98 - ₹12,000.00 per month
