Job Summary:

The Front Office Associate is the face of Code Red Resort, responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a seamless guest experience throughout their stay. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and courteously upon arrival.

- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

- Manage room reservations, respond to inquiries (walk-in, phone, and email).

- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfil guest requests.

- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest information.

- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, escalating to supervisors when needed.

- Keep the front desk area neat, organized, and welcoming at all times.

- Promote resort facilities and services to enhance guest experience.

- Handle cash and POS transactions responsibly.

Requirements:

- Minimum 12th pass; Diploma/degree in hospitality is a plus.

- Prior experience in front office or customer service is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Familiarity with hotel software (e.g., PMS) is desirable.
