Front Office Associate

·        Process all guest check-ins & check-outs verifying guest identity, form of payment, assigning room, and activating/issuing room key. ·        Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements. ·        Process all payment types, paid-outs, and charges. Count and secure bank at beginning and end of shift. ·        Listen and respond appropriately to members concerns. ·        Follow club policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. ·        Ensure personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect club assets. ·        Welcome and acknowledge guests & members anticipate and address members service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank members with genuine appreciation. ·        Speak using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.                  Required Candidate profile ·        Should be a pleasant personality, an Enthusiastic & Energetic. ·        Should have good verbal & written communication and Interpersonal Skills. ·        Knowledge of Billing & MS OFFICE software will be preferred. ·        Willing to work on rotational shifts. ·        Any Graduate can apply.   Shift Timings:-    Ø Morning 7AM TO 4PM Ø Afternoon 1AM TO 10PM Ø Night 10PM To 7AM
