Job description Roles and Responsibilities Experience in Outbound lead Generation Calling for High Ticket products excluding insurance, Sim Card Selling, etc. · The goal is to promote business growth by supporting sales team with prospective the Club Members. · Cold call people using given Secondary/Primary data/ Member base to increase visitors by giving brief about offers & club membership. Self-generation of lead or data. · Answer incoming calls from prospective customers · Use scripts to provide information about products features, prices etc. and present their benefits · Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how services meet their needs · Record the customers personal information accurately by doing profiling over the call. · Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information · Maintain proper feedback about data & their appointments · Generating references from existing members & Visitors they invited. · Daily reporting to assigned Team Leader & follows instructions. · Responsible to achieve daily/weekly/monthly target assigned by Head of Marketing/ TL for Sales & Mets.
