Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Assistant, located in Bengaluru. The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including greeting and assisting guests, answering phone calls and handling phone etiquette, scheduling appointments, providing administrative assistance, and performing clerical tasks to support efficient hotel operations.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Phone Etiquette
Experience in Appointment Scheduling
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional certification in office administration or receptionist duties is a plus
