Front Office Assistant

As a Front Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming environment to all visitors. Your main duties will include answering and screening calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring efficient office operations. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with a background in Hotel Management. While 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, freshers are also welcome to apply. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with visitors and colleagues. Proficiency in using word processing, spreadsheets, and emails, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Express, is required. Additionally, familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines will be beneficial. This position is open for male candidates only. Prior experience with Hotsoft Software is preferred. The job is full-time, and the location is in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Candidates should be willing to relocate or commute to this area.
