Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in The Purple Leaf Hotel & Banquet - our second unit at Raghunathpur, Bhubaneswar for a Front Office Assistant. The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting guests, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative and clerical support. Specific tasks include checking in and checking out guests, answering inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Phone Etiquette
• Experience with Appointment Scheduling and providing Administrative Assistance
• Proficient in Clerical Skills and basic computer applications
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
