Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Assistant located in India. The Front Office Assistant will handle tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, assisting with administrative and clerical duties, and providing excellent customer service to guests. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

• Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Administrative Assistance
• Proficient in Clerical Skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
