Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Front Office Assistant. The Front Office Assistant will handle daily administrative and clerical tasks, including managing the front desk, answering and directing phone calls with professionalism, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general office organization. The individual will ensure a welcoming environment for guests and visitors while maintaining efficient office operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, guests, and team members
  • Proficient Phone Etiquette and the ability to handle phone communications efficiently
  • Experience in Appointment Scheduling with attention to detail and time management
  • Demonstrated skills in Administrative Assistance and general Clerical tasks
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and office management tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or office administration is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management are advantageous
