Job Description

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
  • Handle enquiry calls and provide accurate information.
  • Transfer calls to the concerned departments.
  • Follow up with departments regarding customer queries.
  • Ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain visitor logs, call records, and enquiry reports.
  • Handle basic office documentation and filing.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum: Graduate.
  • 0–3 years of experience in front office or customer service roles.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory).
  • Good communication, telephone etiquette, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
  • Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
