Front Office Assistant

Hiring: Reservation Assistant at Jindal Naturecure Institute, Bangalore (ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES)

Key Responsibilities:

• To handle incoming calls arriving for admission in the Hospital.
• Processes reservations by mail, telephone, or central reservation systems.
• Knows the type and category of rooms available as well as their location and layout.
• Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits.
• Communicates reservation information to the admission team as well as the other reservation staff.
• Understands the hospital rules and regulations.
• Follows up the assigned cases and processes advance deposits on reservations.
• Tracks future room availabilities on the basis of reservations.
• Prepares expected arrival list for the admission team.
• Handles daily correspondence. Responds to inquiries and makes reservations as needed.
• To be aware of all hospital procedures and assist other reservation team members when required.

Education / Desired Skillset:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (e.g., MS Office, email handling).
• Ability to handle telephone inquiries professionally.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow hospital procedures.
