Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist with 3–5 years of experience to join our dental team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in general dentistry procedures, patient diagnosis, and treatment planning. He/She will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental care, educating patients on oral health, and maintaining a strong commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Examine, diagnose, and treat dental conditions and diseases of patients.

Perform general dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and prophylaxis.

Take and interpret dental radiographs (X-rays) as required.

Monitor the growth and development of the teeth and jaws.

Ensure strict compliance with infection control protocols and clinic hygiene standards.

Prescribe medications as required for treatment.

Provide post-treatment instructions and follow-up care.

Participate in case discussions, clinical meetings, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

BDS / MDS from a recognized dental institution.

Valid license/registration with the Dental Council of India or relevant authority.

3–5 years of clinical experience in general dentistry.

Proficiency in performing routine dental procedures independently.

Strong communication and patient management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a dental team.

Preferred Skills:

Gentle and empathetic approach to patient care.

Knowledge of cosmetic or pediatric dentistry (optional).

Time management and organizational skills.

Commitment to continuous learning and clinical excellence.
