As a Velscope Application Specialist, you will play a crucial role in demonstrating the value of Velscope and DNA Ploidy to dentists. Your responsibilities will include the following: - Training customers (Dentists) in patient communication skills - Answering and clarifying customers" questions - Conducting continuous Medical Education programs - Accompanying Key Account Manager during demos - Building relationships with customers - Assisting with Velscope inventory management - Building and managing Velscope owners club Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor of Dental Surgery - Good personality - High learning capability - At least 1 year of experience in dentistry Rigorous training will be provided, and certification will be issued upon successful completion. In terms of compensation and benefits, the breakdown is as follows: - Base salary: starting from 15,000 INR/month to 30,000 INR/month (negotiable based on competence and future outlook) - Commissions: Per device installation and customer success bonus - Daily Allowance: 600-1000 INR/day depending on usage - Working hours: Minimum 1-2 doctor calls/day, Sunday holiday - Holidays: 14 holidays granted per year - Earned leave: 1 for every 20 days of work, can be combined with 30 days advance notice - Sick leaves granted on a case-by-case basis with a doctor's note Please note that this role is focused on educating customers rather than sales.
