Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Assistant located in Navi Mumbai. The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as greeting patients, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, providing administrative support, and maintaining accurate clerical records. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and strong phone etiquette.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Phone Etiquette
• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Administrative Assistance
• Effective Clerical Skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are desirable
