You will be joining Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited, a prominent Indian health insurance provider based in Gurugram, Haryana. As a Front Line Sales professional, you will be in a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers, understanding their insurance requirements, and suggesting appropriate health insurance solutions. You will need to maintain strong customer relationships, meet sales targets, and actively participate in regular sales training sessions and meetings. Additionally, you will be expected to address customer inquiries promptly and ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and customer service abilities. A proven track record in sales and sales management is essential, along with the willingness to engage in and benefit from sales training programs. Your interpersonal skills and capacity for building relationships will be crucial, as you will be required to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Prior experience in the health insurance sector would be advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,
