Job Description

Senior Frontend Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers through the full software development lifecycle.
Architect, design, and develop responsive and user-friendly web applications.
Set and enforce best practices for frontend development, including code quality, performance, and accessibility.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Stay up to date with the latest frontend technologies and trends, and drive their adoption.
Optimize application performance and ensure scalability across different browsers and devices.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical design discussions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

8+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
Strong proficiency in
JavaScript
,
TypeScript
,
HTML5
,
CSS3/SASS
.
Expertise in modern frontend frameworks/libraries such as
React
,
Angular
, or
Vue.js
(React preferred).
Deep understanding of
state management
(e.g., Redux, Context API, MobX).
Experience with build tools like
Webpack
,
Vite
,
Rollup
, or
Parcel
.
Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
Knowledge of performance optimization and accessibility (WCAG) standards.
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.

Leadership & Collaboration

Proven experience in leading teams and delivering high-quality frontend solutions.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.

Nice to Have

Experience with micro-frontends or large-scale enterprise applications.

Familiarity with design systems and tools like Figma or Storybook.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment strategies.

Previous experience working in Agile environments.
