Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of advanced features in ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Drive architectural decisions around state management, performance, and scalability.
• Ensure delivery of accessible, responsive, and high-performance web solutions.
• Collaborate with backend teams on API architecture and integrations.
• Mentor and support junior/mid developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Engage directly with clients to clarify requirements and propose solutions.
• Promote best practices in testing, CI/CD, and modern front-end workflows.

Must-Have Requirements

• 58+ years of professional front-end development experience
• Expert-level skills in ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Strong experience with State management solutions.
• Proven ability to deliver server-side rendered applications (Next.js or similar).
• Knowledge of styled-components or equivalent CSS-in-JS frameworks.
• Experience with API architecture and integration.
• Proficiency with Git, modern build tools (Webpack, Vite), and package managers (Yarn, npm).
• Excellent communication skills; able to operate in client-facing roles.
• Experience mentoring other developers and influencing technical decisions.

Nice-to-Haves

• Exposure to performance optimization at scale (code splitting, caching strategies).
• Familiarity with common React design patterns
• Experience with accessibility audits and compliance.
• Familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD pipelines.
• Broader experience with frameworks like Vue/Angular.
• Prior experience in an agency environment delivering multiple projects.
