Front End CRM Operations

Role Overview: You will be responsible for meeting customers and effectively resolving their concerns related to their booking. You should be able to handle escalated cases and agitated customers, working towards resolving issues. Additionally, you will need to reply to customer emails and ensure closure of responses within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT). Addressing and resolving customer concerns on calls will also be a part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Collections: Calling customers for fresh and overdue demands of designated projects and ensuring to meet monthly designated targets. - Interacting with bankers and financial institutions for bank loan processes and expediting disbursements. - Channel Partner Interactions: Conducting meetings with channel partners to address their respective issues and their customer concerns. - Interdepartmental Co-ordination: Collaborating with departments such as Sales, Legal, Projects, Accounts, Leasing, and Facilities to ensure timely responses to customer concerns. - Handling legal cases and preparing fact sheets for legal responses. - Driving Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT). Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve customer concerns effectively. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Prior experience in customer service or a related field would be advantageous.
