Front Desk Supervisor

As a Front Desk Supervisor in Dallas, TX, your role will involve assisting the Director of Front Office and/or General Manager in providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, maximizing room revenue, and occupancy levels throughout their stay. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a true desire to meet the needs and desires of guests and others in a fast-paced environment. - Greeting all guests and visitors warmly and professionally, maintaining proper eye contact and prompt attention. - Efficiently and pleasantly registering guests with advance lodging reservations. - Swiftly accommodating room changes as needed. - Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the hotel, including rates, promotions, room types, services, amenities, restaurant offerings, and historical significance. - Assisting in training and developing Front Desk Agents" knowledge and skills. - Providing constructive feedback to staff in accordance with company policies. - Familiarizing guests with city attractions, community events, and nearby areas of interest. - Resolving guest issues and fulfilling special requests promptly and effectively. - Ensuring proper key control and security measures. - Participating in safety/security training and adhering to safety procedures for a secure environment. - Collaborating with front office and administration staff, displaying strong teamwork and professional respect. - Communicating relevant guest information to designated departments or personnel. - Handling lost and found items appropriately. - Reporting accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, and maintenance issues promptly. - Maintaining confidentiality of all guests and hotel information. Qualifications required for this role: - Strongly preferred previous hotel Front Desk experience. - Knowledge of Lightspeed is considered a plus.
